Wally Massenburg is on the Board of Directors for Levant Power Corp. Mr. Massenburg
previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Readiness and
Sustainment in the Electronics, Intelligence and Support Operating Group at
BAE Systems, Inc.
In 2007, Mr. Massenburg retired from the U.S. Navy as Vice Admiral after a
successful 38 year career. His last assignment was Commander of the Naval Air
Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland, where he led a 27,000-person team
providing acquisition, logistics and technology to Navy and Marine Corps
aviation. Additionally, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Naval Aviation
Enterprise, overseeing a $40B budget.
Mr. Massenburg holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Washington and
Jefferson College, a master's degree in National Security and Strategic
Studies from the Naval War College, and a master's degree in Systems
Management from the University of Southern California. He has numerous
military decorations including the Navy Distinguished Service Medal and three
Legion of Merit awards.
