ZACHARY JACKOWSKI
Chief Technology Officer

Zachary Jackowski is an experienced mechanic, fabricator, machinist, inventor,
and program leader.
Mr.
Jackowski has served as
mechanical lead on two dragster race cars and played
a key role in a Formula SAE team. He has also
designed and constructed robot ornithopters in coordination with the MIT
Robot Locomotion Group.
In 2006 Mr. Jackowski worked with the US Army as a civilian engineer designing
large caliber artillery. This led to a complete redesign of the M119A2 Light
Towed Howitzer braking system, submitted to the Department of Defense for
implementation.
Mr.
Jackowski is a passionate auto mechanic and classic car builder. Sample work
includes restoration of a 1934 Ford hot rod, an innovative fuel injection
system for a flathead engine, and a custom microprocessor liquid cooling system.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
